State has a Governor…same as Federal has a President…
State has a House and Senate…same as Federal…
Technically…the collective STATES run their OWN Government…They DON'T HAVE TO FOLLOW THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT…
HENCE…Why Trump couldn't do what he wanted to do with some of the Democratic States…he had to ask permission or wait until they asked for his help…
All this Federal shit is just a Illusion…The States are in Control…so push comes to shove…it will be…BLUE vs RED…and if you look at what is RED counties as oppose to BLUE cities…you will see they don't have a chance in hell.
