GUN RAMPAGE Congress Heights DC mass shooting leaves 2 dead and 3 injured as cops issue $25K reward for info on ‘one or more gunmen’

A MASS shooting in Washington DC has left two people dead and three others hospitalized in a critical condition.

Cops were called to the scene at Savannah Terrace and Congress Street just after 1.20pm on Wednesday.
