The ad doesn't say Democrats "will be considered complicit," it says "will be complicit in every murder committed by illegal immigrants." Maybe that's why CS is afraid. Maybe he's expecting to be charged as an accessory to murder. Notice the video shows three specific Democrats - Dick Durbin, Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer.
