At this point, I'd be happy any disclosure at all. It's clear we're still losing the culture war—the pussy hat march showed us that, among many other daily reminders. I don't think memes or even a "memo" can do too much to change that (is a memo really different than a dossier?). We need that video and audio proof Q talked about. I'd like to see SOME of that soon!

I don't understand why we're all here arguing over what percentage of truth should be disclosed to the public, when so far close to 0% has been. At this point, 5% is better than 0%, and would make a way bigger difference than even 5%-30%.
