That's ideal. At the same time, most of the info MUST be classified, and won't be declassified as soon as we'd like.
As for the message being delivered in a way that we may prefer, I think that that's happening already as much as possible w/o disrupting ops, alerting certain bad actors, etc. I look at it like this: This is more (reliable verifiable) intel than we've been given before, BECAUSE we ARE intelligent enough to handle it, and I appreciate it for what it is. Feeling belittled by the delivery, well, that may be arrogance on the part of some, or even resentment bc Q (and/or Q Team) may be just a bit more intelligent than some/most of us. Either way, this little 20-40% literally gave some of us reason to continue living.
Idk, i just see those wanting more right now as ungrateful. That's just my opinion.
