I guess I see Wictor's thread differently than many here.
I look at Q much like I do a potentially rabid dog in the yard that just happens to be keeping an angry group of assholes at bay - I don't know the dog but it seems to be doing something that's helpful to me, I just don't know for sure that it's not going to turn on me after.
That's what happens when you stand atop a mass grave site, looking down and seeing first-hand just how truly evil people can be, even people who were once very mild mannered, very good people.
Some like TW that have lived through horrific shit don't need it told to them and don't want the constant reminder that it's there. Keep in mind he never actually said 'Q is a total larp' - or at least not that I'd seen. Just said that (paraphrased) I don't need, nor want, someone reminding me of terrible things mankind does to each other.
Frankly, I don't need or want it either - but all the same I also greatly dislike being surprised and, therefore, here I am - poking, prodding, looking for supporting (and refuting) evidence. Several times I'd been about to toss the Q thing in the can and then something would happen that I just couldn't ignore. Multiple times actually. So I'm convinced not a Larp - I'm still working on 'not a rabid dog' yet. Gettin there… but hard to ever believe - much less trust (or maybe the other way around idk).
Anyway, cut the guy some slack and just politely ignore him.
