CDC Director Rochelle Walensky on Wednesday said new data suggest vaccinated people do not carry Covid-19.

“Our data from the CDC today suggest that vaccinated people do not carry the virus,” Walensky said Wednesday afternoon.

Senator Rand Paul, a physician, scolded Dr. Facui and told him to “end the mask theater now that CDC admits evidence that the vaccinated do not carry the virus.”

A couple weeks ago Senator Paul went off on Dr. Fauci during a Senate hearing examining the nation’s Covid response.

The Kentucky Senator told Fauci that Americans do not need to wear two masks after receiving the Covid vaccine because there is “virtually zero chance” they will get Covid.

“Isn’t it just theater?” Rand Paul asked Fauci.

“You’ve been vaccinated and you parade around in two masks for show. You can’t get it again.” Rand Paul said to Fauci. “There’s virtually 0% chance you’re going to get it and you’re telling people that have had the vaccine who have immunity — You’re defying everything we know about immunity by telling people to wear masks who have been vaccinated.”

On Wednesday the CDC backed up Rand Paul’s argument so he scolded quack Fauci.

Rand Paul also linked to a study examining T cell responses in Covid-19 convalescent individuals.

“T cell immunity after natural infection shown to include variants,” Rand Paul said to Fauci. “Do we still need to wear multiple masks after we’ve recovered or been vaccinated?”

"The Moment America Won The Future" - Biden Unveils Multi-Trillion Dollar Infrastructure-Taxation Plan

(Update 1650ET): As Amazon workers in Bessemer, Ala. fight to unionize, Biden kicked off his speech with a warm-up act, a worker from a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 29 named "Mike", to drive home the fact that he's "a union guy" and has "always been a union guy".

After some remarks about COVID, during which Biden revealed he keeps a piece of paper in his pocket with the number of COVID dead written on it, the president launched into the bulk of the speech, which focused on the provisions of his $2.25 trillion "American Jobs Plan", and how the administration plans to pay for building bridges and roads, expanding access to high-speed internet, improving public transit and encouraging adoption of electric vehicles.

Biden says leading economists are now predicting the U.S. economy will grow 6.5% this year as it bounces back, but still there's much more work to be done.

"What I'm proposing is a one-time capital investment of roughly $2 trillion…that will be spread over 8 years." Biden continued that infrastructure investments "are among the highest value investments we can make." He also warned about the risks of "crumbling infrastructure" - "and our infrastructure is crumbling," he said. "We're ranked 13th in the world."

Addressing criticisms of the tax hikes needed to pay for the plan, Biden said Biden said "this is not to target those who've made it…it's about opening opportunities for everybody else."

He noted that leading economists are now predicting the US economy will grow 6.5% this year, the fastest rate in decades, and closer to levels seen in emerging economies like China.

He then launched into a rundown of various provisions of his plan which includes:

Modernizing 20,000 miles of highways, roads and streets that “are in difficult, difficult shape right now.”

Expanding access to high speed Internet in rural areas.

Replacing the nation's lead pipes (Biden cited the crisis in Flint. Mich.)

Ramping up IRS enforcement of corporations, which he said could raise hundreds of billions of dollars.

Establishing a minimum tax of 21% on corporations' global earnings, which could bring in $1 trillion over a decade.

Biden says some on Wall Street have estimated his plan could create 18 million jobs.

While Biden's plan earlier didn't include any details beyond $80 billion for Amtrak, Biden said that money would be used to create high-speed rails.

Contracts will go to American companies, and products purchased will be made in America (proposals first pushed by President Trump).

GOP senators seek U.S. intel, FISA evidence on Chinese figures tied to Biden family

Republicans call it "imperative" that Congress learn more of potentially explosive links.

The top Republicans on two influential Senate committees on Wednesday demanded the U.S. Justice Department and Office of the Director of National Intelligence turn over any intelligence and Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act evidence they possess about three Chinese figures reportedly tied to President Biden's family.

In the letter addressed to Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines and Attorney General Merrick Garland, Sens. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and Ron Johnson, R-Wis., asked for "all intelligence records" including "all FISA-derived information" related to Ye Jianming, Gongwen Dong and Chi Ping Ho.

Grassley is the top Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee, while Johnson is the ranking member on the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, one of Congress' most powerful investigative bodies.

Their letter cites reports that after Ho's arrest in 2017 for "international bribery and money laundering offenses," his "first call was reportedly to James Biden," the president's brother. Ho was eventually convicted in 2018. The letter says the president's son, Hunter Biden, "reportedly represented Patrick Ho for a period of time and received at least $1 million in payment."

The senators also alleged that "Hunter Biden was well aware of Patrick Ho's links to the communist Chinese government, specifically its intelligence services" based on records found on a Hunter Biden laptop.

Ho was reportedly a business associate of Ye, who also allegedly had a close relationship with the Bidens, the letter states. Ye himself "reportedly had links to the communist regime's People's Liberation Army," the lawmakers alleged.

Grassley and Johnson also cite reports that President Biden, after he left the Obama White House in 2017, and James Biden shared office space with an associate of Ye. "If accurate, the sharing of office space with Chinese nationals and entities linked to the communist regime and its military demands additional explanation," they wrote.

Johnson and Grassley in the letter ask for "all intelligence records, including but not limited to, all FISA-derived information relating to [Ye, Patrick Ho and Gongwin Dong] no later than April 14, 2021."

Only About 25 Percent of Joe Biden’s $2.5 Trillion Spending Bill Funds Basic Infrastructure

President Joe Biden detailed his massive infrastructure spending proposal Wednesday, but only about 25 percent of the $2.5 trillion bill funds basic infrastructure, according to a fact sheet summary of the bill.

The proposal spends roughly $639 billion on traditional infrastructure, including $115 billion to revamp highways and roads.

Biden would only invest $25 billion in airports and $17 billion for coastal ports, land ports of entry, and ferries.

On rail infrastructure, Biden proposes spending much more with $85 billion to modernize existing transit systems and $80 billion to fix Amtrak’s repair backlog.

Biden proposes to spend $111 billion to replace the country’s lead pipes and service lines, as well as upgrades to drinking, waste, and stormwater systems.

He also calls for $100 billion in spending to build high-speed broadband infrastructure across the country and $100 billion for electric transmission systems.

The rest of the bill’s spending includes massive spending on climate change initiatives such as development for electric vehicles and charging stations, electric school busses and federal vehicles, and clean energy technology.

Other big-spending items include $400 billion on expanding health care, $213 billion on affordable housing, and research training, and development programs.

"Human Intelligence Drys Up" - US Investigations Into Drug Cartels Halted Over Mexican Standoff

US law enforcement officials are flying blind with limited to no human intelligence on Mexican cartels due to a new law passed in December by the Mexican government that requires US authorities to share contacts in the country with Mexican officials (who are often corrupt).

Current and former senior officials in both countries tell Reuters US efforts to combat powerful drug cartels inside Mexico have come to a standstill since January as relations fray between them.

Before December, US and Mexican authorities routinely shared intelligence on drug cartels, but the new law now requires US authorities to report their law-enforcement contacts to the Mexican government first. This has temporarily halted joint efforts to prevent the flow of drugs into the US.

Two sources said, "on-the-ground operations, including raids on Mexican drug labs, have largely ceased, and US authorities are now struggling to track movements of U.S.-bound cocaine from Venezuela and Colombia through Central America and into Mexico."

Sources said US drug agents working on the ground had been followed by local police (who are often paid off by cartels), raising serious concerns about their safety. There's also been the issue of US law enforcement agents who have been denied visas to work in the country.

"Most of our most important cases are at a standstill," a senior US law enforcement official told Reuters. "If we have to report our sources to their foreign ministry, it jeopardizes our sources and methods. The system is set up intentionally now so that Mexican law enforcement can't help us."

A top Mexican military official told Reuters since the new law went into effect several months ago, most anti-drug efforts with the US have been postponed.

"Without US support - in technology and intelligence - it will be more difficult to contain crime," the official said.

Another Mexican official described the rift between both countries as more "administrative and temporary than substantive."

"It's not that cooperation is now paralyzed," the official said, speaking on condition of anonymity, adding that things will normalize.

The new law came into effect shortly after the US arrested former Mexican defense minister Salvador Cienfuegos on drug trafficking charges. The purpose of the arrest was to show close ties between drug cartels and Mexican government officials. However, in Mexico, the arrest was not well received and triggered a backlash.

While the Biden administration is under pressure to control a migrant crisis at the US-Mexico border, US officials are having difficulty tracking shipments of drugs pouring into the US, which comes at a time when US drug overdose deaths have reached an all-time high.

Former DEA head Timothy Shea said, "the big winners are the cartels." He warned: "It's just what the cartels wanted so they can expand their reach and smuggle more deadly drugs into the United States."

He said, "human intelligence is drying up," making it more difficult to intercept drug shipments.

Minister Sues Nancy Pelosi, Kamala Harris for Blocking Good Friday Vigil with Capitol Fence

A Presbyterian minister has filed a lawsuit against House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Vice President Kamala Harris, and officials of the U.S. Capitol Police with the claim the fence blockade surrounding the Capitol building is preventing him from conducting a Good Friday prayer vigil.

Rev. Patrick Mahoney filed his complaint in federal court Tuesday, arguing his First and Fifth Amendment rights were violated when authorities denied his request to hold the prayer vigil on the sidewalk near the Lower Western Terrace of the Capitol.

The complaint observes Mahoney held his Good Friday prayer service in the same location last year:

Plaintiff’s application for a permit to hold a Good Friday prayer vigil is in the exact same location where he held his Good Friday prayer vigil in 2020. In 2020, Plaintiff worked with Capitol Police to ensure that he was able to safely hold a prayer vigil on Capitol grounds even though COVID-19 was constraining the nation.

Mahoney further states in his complaint that, as a result of their actions of surrounding the Capitol with a fence since the riot that occurred on January 6, “[d]efendants have effectively created a no-speech zone around the nation’s Capitol.”

“Defendants prevent any First Amendment activities on/in these areas, even though no specific threat to the Capitol has been identified in justification,” he adds. “Defendants further refuse to inform the Plaintiff of when public sidewalks surrounding these halls of power may once again be utilized for public speech.”

According to Fox News, an email from Capitol Police to Mahoney stated the area was “restricted,” leaving the minister’s permit request unable to be processed. A police lieutenant reportedly told Mahoney he could apply to hold the vigil at a sidewalk area that he said was “quite far from where I wanted to be.”

Mahoney claims his constitutional rights of free speech, freedom of assembly, and free exercise of religion are being violated, as well as his Fifth Amendment right to due process and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.

Harmeet K. Dhillon, CEO of Center for American Liberty, represents Mahoney.

“If there was ever a location in need of divine intervention, of God’s favor and wisdom, it would be the U.S. Capitol where legislators from across the country gather to pass laws that have a profound impact on virtually every aspect of our lives,” Dhillon said in a statement. “Denying a minister and faithful parishioners the ability to pray outside the U.S. Capitol is unfathomable and violates First Amendment guarantees for traditional public forums.”

The case is Mahoney v. Pelosi, No. 1:21-cv-00859 in U.S. District Court District of Columbia.

YouTube Unveils Hide Feature After Americans Mass-'Dislike' Biden Videos

Youtube, the video hosting platform owned by Google, announced on March 29 that they are going to test making the “dislike” count on videos invisible.

The tech giant says that it’s being done in response to “targeted dislike campaigns” and “creator feedback around well-being.”

“In response to creator feedback around well-being and targeted dislike campaigns, we’re testing a few new designs that don’t show the public dislike count,” YouTube announced on Twitter.

“If you’re part of this small experiment, you might spot one of these designs in the coming weeks.”

It further states on a Google support page:

“Viewer feedback has always been, and will continue to be, an important part of YouTube. But we’ve heard from creators that the public dislike counts can impact their wellbeing, and may motivate a targeted campaign of dislikes on a creator’s video. So, we’re testing designs that don’t include the visible like or dislike count in an effort to balance improving the creator experience, while still making sure viewer feedback is accounted for and shared with the creator. ”

A majority of responses on both the Twitter announcement and on the support page disapprove of the idea, with some comments suggesting the move is a consequence of the tremendous imbalance of “dislikes” on the present administration’s videos on their White House channel.

Some other commentators expressed concerns that it would not be good for people who want to obtain feedback about the video quality, whether it be for creators or viewers.

In January, YouTube deleted what appears to be thousands of “dislikes” from videos on the official channel of President Joe Biden’s White House. The company said it’s a part of its regular efforts to remove engagement it considers inauthentic.

People on the platform noticed that dislikes have been disappearing by the thousands from several White House videos and started posting before-and-after screenshots on social media shortly after the incoming administration took over the channel and published its first videos.

Bravo’s Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi is lecturing parents on the subject of transgender children, saying they “have no business being a parent” unless they accept a child’s declared gender identity.

She also claimed that a transgender person’s gender expression can “vary day to day” and that trans people have existed “since the dawn of humanity.”

Padma Lakshmi launched her social media lecture Wednesday in an apparent nod to the Transgender Day of Visibility. “If you can’t accept your child for who they’re telling you they are, then you have no business being a parent,” she tweeted.

She also delivered a tutorial on gender and sexual identity. A person’s gender expression “can vary day to day or over time, it’s unique to each individual.”

Padma Lakshmi was one of several celebrities who condemned Georgia’ recently passed voter integrity law, calling it a “desperate attempt to disenfranchise millions of voters.”

She was also among the celebrities who falsely claimed the Atlanta shooter was motivated by anti-Asian hate, saying that former President Donald Trump’s use of the phrase “China virus” influenced the killer. Police said the shooter revealed his motivation was guilt over his sex addiction.

A new report from Dr. Li-Meng Yan gives further credence to the oft-dismissed “lab theory” and goes further by asserting the virus is an “Unrestricted Bioweapon.”

A massive misinformation campaign has been undertaken by the CCP government to cover up the true origin of SARS-CoV-2, which involved destroying data and samples, publishing fabricated viruses on top scientific journals, controlling the narrative of the origin debate through bribed top scientists and organizations, amplifying the falsified natural origin theory through media control, labeling all other origin theories as “conspiracy theories”, and defaming individuals who reveal the truth of SARS-CoV-2. As a result of the CCP’s efforts here, the true, weaponized nature of SARS-CoV-2 has been obscured and was not known by most of the public.

The report notes that the “defamation” against two previous studies undertaken by Dr. Yan and her team were a part of the same “disinformation” campaign. In fact, The National Pulse uncovered deep financial links between “disinformation” reporters that have attempted to refute Dr. Yan’s claims and Chinese Communist Party investment vehicles.

Once a “core team member of the WHO H5 Reference Laboratory and the State Key Laboratory of Emerging Infectious Diseases of China at the University of Hong Kong School of Public Health,” Li-Meng Yan conducted two investigations into the COVID-19 outbreak in Wuhan (December 31, 2019, and January 16, 2020), using personal research and hospital connections (including in the CDC) to gather information on the severity of COVID-19 and government cover-up.

Her supervisor, Leo LM Poon, warned her she would “be disappeared” if she went further, but she still broadcast on January 19, 2020, on YouTube channel LUDE Media, causing the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and the international scientific community to respond with concerted cover-up and defamation measures.

Flashback: King Soopers asked customers NOT to carry guns in stores in 2019, creating conditions for mass murder in 2021

We’ve seen this time and time again for decades: Left-wing, anti-Second Amendment policies that lead to tragedies like the mass shootings the country has witnessed over the past few weeks around the country, such as the murders in Boulder, Colo., at a King Soopers grocery store by a Syrian immigrant.

Nine unarmed shoppers, along with an armed police officer, were shot and killed allegedly by Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa, 21, last week, becoming the latest victims of liberal ideology.

How so? Let’s flashback to 2019. The Denver Post reported:

Customers who shop at Colorado’s 148 King Soopers and City Market stores are being asked to “no longer openly carry firearms” into the stores, echoing a move made by retail rival Walmart a day earlier.

In its announcement, Cincinnati-based Kroger, the parent company of King Soopers and City Market, said its request applies to anybody who shops in its stores with the exception of law enforcement officers.

“Our No. 1 priority is the safety of our associates and customers,” Kelli McGannon, a King Soopers spokeswoman, said Wednesday.

That idiotic statement from McGannon, which was spoon-fed to her by equally idiotic CEOs, is the very same idiotic thing everyone on the left says when they issue these damnable requests (which aren’t really requests at all but thinly-veiled mandates) of customers to shop unarmed.

It’s idiotic because of the very fact that lawful gun owners who are lawfully carrying firearms (concealed or open) are not the ones going around shooting people. Rather, in many cases, armed Americans are the best defense for unarmed Americans because they often use their firearms to stop mass murderers in their tracks.

And let’s recall that a) mass murderers don’t obey gun laws in the first place; and b) murder by any means, guns or otherwise, has been illegal in America since our founding.

People who drive up to a grocery store, get out of their vehicles and start shooting people are not concerned about gun laws, much less gun requests from leftists who are completely lacking in self-awareness and whose policies are actually putting Americans in danger, not protecting them from it.

In a statement at the time, King Soopers said it is “joining those encouraging our elected leaders to pass laws that will strengthen background checks and remove weapons from those who have been found to pose a risk for violence.”

The Biden team is reportedly granting thousands of illegal border crossers one-year renewable permits to stay in the United States to apply for asylum, a process that can take multiple years.

Immigration expert Todd Bensman revealed in a new report that an estimated 34,000 recent border-crossing aliens have already been distributed all around the continental United States.

Bensman stated that if the migrant qualifies to stay, and most do under Biden’s rules, they are tested for COVID and then given documents to stay. Afterward, they are guided to a privately run bus service that disseminates them across America.

According to Bensman, these steps happen after the COVID test:

DHS then provides many immigrants with an administrative document titled “Order of Release on Recognizance,” which grants them the legal right to be present inside the United States, according to two such documents that immigrants on the buses agreed to share. These require the immigrants to self-report to a deportation officer in their destination cities by a specific date provided.

One Nicaraguan migrant showed CIS a DHS document titled “Interim Notice Authorizing Parole,” which grants him a renewable one-year term to live legally inside the country.

Most will likely use their time to apply for asylum, a lengthy, back-logged process that allows for work authorization and Social Security cards during an adjudication process that can drag on for years.

Before the Biden team’s occupation of the White House, 45th President Trump strengthened border security and lessened the importing of unskilled labor by requiring asylum seekers to stay in Mexico while their papers were processed. This was a deterrent that sent many people back home.

Now that the Obama-like system is back, migrants are being sent to major cities again.

“On the bank of the Rio Grande in Del Rio recently,” Bensman wrote, he “happened across a family of four who had just crossed and turned themselves in to a Border Patrol agent. They were seated on the ground next to his agency truck. Asked where they were from and where they expected to go next, the parents answered that they were from Venezuela and were on their way to join relatives in Florida.”

“They should be there inside of a week.”
