Israel is last because most anons have a rabbit hole they have not yet explored about that.
And what it means is (You) carry the "salvation" of Christian destiny.
Understanding the JEWISH QUESTION and the lost tribes are both key to this particular lesson.
Two biblical stories of nearly the same event describe metaphorically the problems the JQ and lost ten paradoxes remedy.
Both Abraham and Isaac, at different times, went to a city and denied their relationships to their wives. They said they were their sisters. The problem was other people were being jeopardized by a temptation to sin (against their wives) and each husband felt fear for his own life. That is to say other people may have taken away the promise of end-time world leadership.
When we extend these two representations of this scenario to the third case, and take it for its value in sacred teaching, we see how it has also played out in the (next generation) matrimonial relationship of the people of Jacob to their inheritance of the dominion over all the wolrd given Adam - which is their (our) commitment (wife).
Isaac's seed was divided into the twins, Esau and Jacob. Jacob was genetically engineered and chosen to become (and his children en masse) the people the ancients knew would have to rule the world for the creation to survive in perpetuity. But being the mild-mannered, peace-loving soul (and his people, collectively) he is, he was not also the type to withstand the heat of aggression Esau would impose on him (for centuries) by boasting of his own (wrong) ordination to rule the world. In so doing, Jacob would deny his relationship to his own commitment (wife) to his inheritance (even so far as to become convinced by the centuries of the repeated lie he is not even born of Abraham), while dwelling in a strange land (which has been mostly ever since the Assyrian captivity), then realize those being tempted to sin (by threatening the inheritance of Jacob) is his own brother. The laws of domestic relations then justify the matter while casting no fault on anyone in or out of the house of Isaac. So innocent people have not been tempted to threaten that covenant (because they could not displace the claim of the more aggressive Esau) and the dominion given Adam, embodied in Jacob, was not mortally threatened by anyone else either.
Abraham and Isaac, together, both established and affirmed the legal grounds of this bazaar marital behavior. Therefore, Jacob is on perfect legal grounds in following the same scenario. He is within established legal precedence in so doing. Two witnesses established the matter, and in the third instance, we have followed the same law. But the solution has also long been preordained.
This is why the ten tribes have always been lost. They have always been in denial of their inheritance. Jacob has not "lived in the house" of the commitment to being the people to rule the world. So Esau has claimed that inheritance century after century, and justifiably so, because under the laws of Moses it is the responsibility of a man to "raise seed" to his own brother if he is "dead to his commitment" and leaves a widow. But in the end, those of Jacob (the lost tribes that became the free world) realize they have always been the steward of that inheritance and must retain it as the only means survival.
