I find Inslee's use of "disturbing" in this context exceedingly disturbing.
So I noticed the picture posted by the Q-esque visitor the other night was named GOOG.jpg
At first, I searched GOOG in Qagg. Didn't come up with anything substantial.
Then I reversed search the image. Again, nothing substantive.
The picture was taken from The Dragonfly Mystery, an article from NYT City Room. I could be mistaken, but the author is credited as being Jennifer 8. Lee.
