It also rewards the most corrupt people out there.
Compare an honest medical doctor who cures people to a corrupt medical doctor (most are corrupt) that treats symptoms.
The corrupt medical doctor will be considered the "winner".
And the one who cures people will be considered the "loser".
Doctors should get paid/rewarded for healthy people, not on a per case basis of treatments.
Because we haven't lost.
