It's fucking fucked up because I went through hosts ip one by one due to suspicions of fuckery, and shortly after that, I blanked it back out just to have everything working perfectly. Lesson learned? You cannot account for geographical discrepancies that you cannot know about. Unknown-Unknowns are mother fuckers until they become Known-Unknowns. Rudimentary speaking, those are what most people refer to as gremlins, but now we've demonstrated that those don't exist, either.
