there actually was an F_I honypot on the darkweb a few years ago. they busted the owner of the site, and took it over. distributing content to catch pedos. which is a bit of a conundrum. it illegal for them to do that, but it busted pedos. just shows how far they will go to protect their control on the industry. its mostly local agencies, and other federal agencies like the us marshals that you hear about major operations, resulting in arrests and saved victims. not the fbi.
