So ummm Gise…who's signature is that own the EO when Joe is signing it(pic 1)… Odd but I can't find a pic (yet) of any Trump EO's with sigs on them besides his own…Anyone else know if there's any kind of tradition or rule type deal that the President is the only one to sign an EO?
