I'd say tentatively that I wouldn't call RR and RM white hats. RM's past especially excludes that, and if RR signed off on FISA warrants, that's it for him too.

They are now probably Trump's bitches though. That classified memo of August 2017 modifying the scope of the RM's investigation may have changed it to focus on Dems. (But how do the true white hats from Trump on down enforce them to carry out that investigation with vigor? Who oversees Rosenstein now, Trump himself?)

Thus, the reason possibly swampy judges are suddenly getting mad at the SC: the SC is hurting their friends.

That's hard to understand. The same amount of acid rain hits the ground and runs into the Chesapeake Bay, regardless of the number and size of roofs.

It must be possible to conduct investigation of Obama, HRC etc. without relying on scumbags like RR and RM. That seems logical to me. Maybe they can be slowed down or used a little bit, but it would be better to clean them out and let JS (now totally un-recused) supervise those investigations, along with the IG, Huber, etc. We don't need RR and RM.

Well we know RM is dirty, and didn't RR participate in getting FISA warrants against Page and therefore Trump?

So RM dirty -RR dirty according to latest Q post. It's not to say RR wasn't involved in any good prosecutions. Any DOJ official will be involved in lots of prosecutions.

The bit about the Dems blocking his nomination to the Circuit Court makes me think he could be OK. But still, maybe it's different types of dirty people fighting each other.
