I think their vaccination numbers are as inflated as the fake coronavirus figures.
The crime they are referring to is the fraudulent use of a government seal.
I don't see the CDC as anything more than a vaccine company, but [they] consider it a federal agency. It's one of many entities that must have any connection to the government totally severed. Their logo may not be a 'seal', but apparently the law covers it as the same.
