I am pretty sure now.

I once posted an image of Rachel Chandler with a giant hand covered with purple hair

stroking her head. This was definitely not a known animal nor a human being.

Combined with "The first arrest will SHOCK the world" lead to the conclusion that

it can only be the queen, the pope or a non-human being.

The arrest of HRC or BHO or any other political leader would shock the world

but not SHOCK the world!
