Who is John Huber? He's an Obama guy which makes him perfect for rolling up the F_I and HRC.
"Utah US attorney John Huber was revealed Thursday as the person Attorney General Jeff Sessions tasked with looking into Republican claims of FBI misconduct and whether more should have been done to investigate Hillary Clinton's ties to a Russian nuclear agency.
Originally appointed by President Barack Obama in 2015, Huber offered his resignation, leaving his fate in the hands of the DOJ.
But President Donald Trump re-nominated Huber in June 2017, and two months later Huber was back at his former post, confirmed by the US Senate for an additional four years.
Horowitz / Huber two punch combo: Huber was appointed back in November and worked quietly in the background. Huber was appointed on March 29th, but was quietly tapped to start investigating in November of 2017.
"The benefit of the Sessions arrangement, said legal scholar Jonathan Turley, is that it could allow for the expedition of any criminal inquiries at a point in the inspector general investigation where Horowitz would normally need help from a U.S. attorney. (Turley is an opinions contributor for The Hill.)"
It seems Horowitz and Huber are working in tandem. Huber will probably formally enter the scene once the OIG report is released.

He was originally nominated by Obama, so will be seen as impartial. Huber's position allows for more flexibility than a special counsel and he has all the resources if not more at his disposal.
Huber was formally appointed on March 29th, just before April Showers and leading into May flowers.

Huber is a long time prosecutor. OIG is working as the cops on the ground collecting the evidence and Huber is getting ready to prosecute.
US Attorney Utah announces in NOVEMBER that he was tapped to work for Sessions. It was only in late March that Sessions wrote a letter to Congress stating what the Huber was doing. In his letter Sessions stated that confidentiality was key. He also described the limitations of a Special Counsel. It is clear that Sessions wanted to control Huber's work and have him reporting directly to him.
