Reconciled. RR had to sign signed off on the last FISA warrant since Mueller's investigation is predicated on the initial FBI investigation which used the totally misleading FISA warrants.

If you believe that both RR and RM are part of the STING op (as I do) RR had to sign off on it to keep the STING in play!
