i have multiple cards from these banks. we buy most stuff with credit and pay our entire balance every month.

they make NOTHING on us. but wait, it gets better. because of the rewards programs, they actually PAY US 1-5% BACK

on all our monthly purchases. so now, we will use the CCs for EVERYTHING, no matter how small. if i buy a pack of gum,

it's going on a credit card. will also make a few major purchases a bit sooner than we otherwise would have.

our main expenditures are groceries. we get 5% back on grocery purchases. for other major purchases, we buy gift cards AT the grocery store. the CC company collects 1-3%. the flat 30¢ fee is insignificant on a $300 grocery bill. forget deeper, maybe YOU need to refresherize your rememberification of 2nd grade arithmetic. just admit you spoke out of turn.

but what i was referring to in my OP was the meningitis vax given to in the past decade to italians over 65. THAT vax caused disproportionate numbers of deaths from covid, which is in fact nothing more than the common cold.
