VENUS flights are like SAM (Special Air Mission) VIP bird flights, except without the VIP. This is a C32A B757, so it's for a very high level VIP. VP or cabinet level secretaries.
This is a VERY interesting track for a bird without a VIP on board; full of heading changes. Didn't turn the transponder on until airborne and way from it's takeoff point, so the fact that it looks like it took off from around Montgomery, AL and is heading atm to JBA might not be the case.
