Even if it doesn't it could be considered something visible in the silent war that's obviously going on, especially since that ship getting stuck messed with supply lines.
History teaches people that the cutting of supply lines is a tactic often used in more conventional (and physical) warfare.
You have to keep in mind though, that this is a silent war and neither us (the anons) or the world will see (or know of) what's going on underneath.
Simply for the fact that if the world knew, the world would destroy itself, and Q team painted that is something they absolutely do not want a long time ago.
