Team Trump wants everything to go with minimal civilian casualties and no civil war in the USA. (I personally would NEVER do anything violent and I encourage EVERYONE to be nonviolent.) Mandatory COVID bullshit is bad enough to make ordinary people desperate enough to do unthinkable things. Therefore if Team Trump wants their nice, clean, minimal-violence endgame, they are going to have to stop the bullshit before the angry citizens take matters into their own hands.
I know that Trump is smarter than I am. I know that Trump is better-informed than I am. But he had better have some pretty awesome 4-D chess gambits if he wants everything to be clean and nonviolent.

Not really. Trauma didn't get the Vietnamese to stop supporting the Viet Cong and NVA. Trauma is not enough to make people accept things they really, really hate. Sometimes trauma makes people forget their traditional enemies and cooperate with their former rivals to undermine and destroy the source of the trauma.
The Q movement by persuasion, not by trauma has made some Nazis put aside their racial interests for years because pizza merchants were a greater threat. The knock-on effects of that particular transformation will be felt for years. Even if all the whites and Americans were to be destroyed, the message is out to other civilized peoples at this point. Even if the Deep State kills all the whites, they won't ensure the survival of the Deep State. Trauma is not the best tool in the box. Trauma is a rather inefficient tool at best.
