I don't know about UK, but in the US census records have always been this way. Irish records had it too, so I assume UK would be similar, though unfortunately many Irish records were lost in a fire 100 years ago. Census records are an invaluable tool when doing genealogy. Look up your deceased grandparents or older on LDS' familysearch. Damned Mormons already digitized half the records for us.
I asked on night shift but never got a response. Still trying to figure out the Twitter banner comms. My working theory is that blues are ready, reds are not ready, people are getting ready for the next phase of an operation. If I'm right, places that went red will eventually signal blue when they're clear. This is really hard to do considering I've never had a Twitter account. Am I making sense, or should I stop going full retard?
