The "wall" that POTUS Trump designed is not just a vertical structure, it's a system that keeps all the bad stuff from crossing our borders, whether it's above ground or via tunnels. If bidan is completing it, he's only going to complete the vertical structure. And the only reason they're doing that is because of the backlash they got.
