Like, DeLancy's portrayal of the character, the story arc, etc?
I was entranced by Star Trek TNG as a child and have hoped and prayed to live in that world. I think it definitely influenced my life in a positive way but wonder how it's viewed from perhaps a viewpoint its creators didn't anticipate, kek.
The show got way better after Roddenberry died. I know that opinion doesn't ring well with Trekkies, but I never identified with that contingent anyway.
