I don't know if someone already posted this, but here goes. Q mentioned organizational changes for Dept of Justice. Here is an article put out by a law firm Latham & Watkins alerting clients about some possible changes by DOJ about media subpoena changes.
Policy changes may include reducing protections for media organization business records,narrowing the definition of newsgathering activities, and expanding national security exemption.
