>evidence of things not seen."
Yes, as I tried to explain to you, faith is believing in something you have not seen.
Your comeback was "no, faith is something you have not seen."
Again, your intelligence is masquerading as wisdom to you. And you think Christianity is a religion, to be lumped in with all the other religions.
Insisting on the "scientific approach" is not a search for the truth, at all, but a search for something that cannot immediately be refuted.
You believe so many lies because in your mind, they have not been refuted yet.
But if you actually studied thousands of years of science, you would find that each and every generation of "science" finds that the past was completely wrong, and that they, the enlightened ones, now know better.
Each and every generation for thousands of years thinks just like you do. That even though men were always wrong in the past, that now this generation knows better.
Each generation has been wrong.
This generation is wrong.
More wrong than ever, in fact, because of the pernicious lie that "maybe we don't know everything, but we're a lot closer to the truth now than they were then."
Which is just another lie from the pit of hell, because The Truth is Jesus Christ, as He said, and proved, empirically, 2000 years ago by rising from the dead, transformed.
"I Am (which is the name of God) The Way, The Truth, and The Life; no man comes to the Father but by Me."
You like bible verses?
Here's yours from Romans 1.
Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, and changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
Here's "science", i.e. mankind's wisdom, in the bible, the only holy text on the planet.
1 Corinthians 3:19
For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.
Science cannot, and will not, ever lead you to the Truth.
By design.
