Amazon snuck this warehouse into this small town

The company looking to buy Liverpool Golf Club is willing to go way over par to do it. The assessed value of the property is $1.3 million. The course is set to be sold at $6 million to Trammell Crow, the company looking to develop that into a large facility.

Mystery still surrounds just who would call the course home. The project could bring a thousand jobs and a four-story facility to whoever moves in.
