I spoke last night of my 16 year old daughter running away.
The story is unfolding.
She is with a 19 year old male. Said 19 year old male has a long criminal record. Released early~covid.
Has supplied my daughter with Fentanyl. We have photographic evidence.
We live in Wa and he took her across state lines knowing she was a runaway.
Is this kidnapping?

It's the first thing her mother and I did.
I tracked her down to a motel 6 and gave the info to the police but they dropped the ball and went to check it out many hours later and they'd already left.
we did. Got a hold of the office manager with a picture of my daughter and the boy and he said he could identify them but could not tell me what room number (privacy laws)
He called the cops and the cops showed up 7 hours later.
I knew she was there, not the exact room number.
we have her phone
