I remember being a newfag, but I think anyone who has lurked for a few months knows intuitively how to collect notables. Just dive in and do it! It may be that oldfags who are here are working on other angles... having said that, I usually find the notables extremely useful, even if they are often corrupted by shills. Anyone can step up and post a set of possible notables.... go for it!

(I'm not doing it myself right now because I am working other Q angles... it's a team effort...)
