>Smell/Taste alteration in COVID-19 may reflect zinc deficiency

this MUST be false, im the anon that posted last bread that i have covid right now, have lost taste and smell.

as i said before i have been taking 30mg of zinc every day for over a year now. on sunday i upped my daily dosage to 60mg, the taste and smell loss began tuesday...

on top of that once i learned that beef has high zinc i started eating steaks ALOT more often... so even if the pills were counterfeit or something im still getting a ton of zinc just in diet alone..

so this idea that its related to zinc deficiency has to be bullshit..

no idea the real reason for it, but it does seem like the msm is trying to brush that symptom under the rug, first (last year) they were making articles blaming the sense loss on candida now they blame lack of zinc?

the sense loss began at the same time as the headaches i think they are related i dont know, but i do know i am NOT deficient in zinc.

oh yeah heres another odd detail, when i showered i deliberately directed the water up my nose, usually this gives me an intense burning/stinging in the nose, but now it had no effect…

i was curious if it would feel the same, turns out i didnt feel it at all.. i did not think that stinging sensation was related to smell sense. but now i dont know it must be right? that or theres just a general numbness happening in the sinus. or perhaps if it is related to the headaches maybe it localized brain damage… (my temp is under 100.)
