The Federal Government is no longer constrained by the US Constitution - SERCO from Britain was brought in to create a new set of laws that greatly favored the City of London Financial District while greatly disadvantaging the US Citizenry. All the Departments - Energy, Agriculture, Interior, DHS, State, Justice have OVERWHELMED the Nation with un-constitutional laws that were never voted on by Congress or even considered by a deliberative body.
When Trump says 'We are going to replace a failed corrupt government with one controlled by We, the People, this is what he's talking about. The current Federal Government and State Governments by proxy no longer have grounding in the US Constitution and must be replaced.
