Steal - what does the evil one steal? Everything good that is in your life, that you cherish, life itself, and especially any connection that you may be seeking with your Creator!
Kill - Yes, he wants your very life!
Destroy - What is the difference between kill and destroy? When you destroy something it can no longer exist in any form. This is when someone dies without being born again of Holy Spirit. Without Holy Spirit, once you are killed, that's it, there is nothing beyond the grave.
But if you kill someone, or someone dies, after being born again of Holy Spirit, there is LIFE AFTER DEATH!
The evil one would rather destroy than merely kill. Get born again!!! Get SAVED!!
