If his blood levels showed 4 times the lethal dose, that could be because the rest of the lethal doses never had a chance to be digested and metabolized.
I wonder how much of the drug was still in his stomach when he died. 10 times, 20 times, 100 times???
I fully expect a guilty verdict regardless…
