If he was over charged, good possibility of him getting off. But all the prosecution will really need is one of these charges to stick.

I don't know the precise definitions of these charges but these are them:

second-degree manslaughter?

unintentional second-degree murder?

third-degree murder?

These are the charges if anyone wants to read up and get an idea on what Chauvin may or may not get applied towards himself.

Unintentional 2nd degree murder carries the largest punishment, so it seems that's the one prosecution wants to stick for sure.

Chauvin is looking at:

no more than 10 years for manslaughter

no more than 40 years for unintentional second degree murder

and

no more than 25 years for third degree murder

Surely he will be found guilty of at least one of the charges?

I'm just going by what I seen on the video, and I saw a cop that was ENJOYING making Floyd suffer (although I don't think he was trying to kill him, but definitely a "depraved mind", imo)

Human life is absolutely meaningless to these sick people.

I will never understand anyone (many of my relatives included) that made a decision to vote for Joe Biden.

This guy is a walking talking hypocrite of the highest order!
