Sorry. I was watching the E-4 stateside. Over five hours.
The IAF tanker has moved beyond the range of Iranian SA-20 SAMs. About 100 NM range.
Reposting IAF tanker pic for clarity. Has been holding steady at about FL142 for a couple hours. Counterclockwise refueling pattern. Recently shifted SW to get beyond Iranian SA-20 range (IMO).
USAF orders 24 hour aircraft grounding for safety review. Some flexibility regarding date.
