Have always thought it's going to take the cooperation of many different countries (even "public" adversaries) to force the events of change, especially in the US. Nothing "internal" can happen here because muh politics and persecution, but get a handful of other respectable countries showing evidence of xyz, it's more convincing for the general population.
It's gotta be worldwide. And it's far bigger than we can imagine.
