What if DNA data and facial rec. is so that they can more easily identify their 'natural' doubles out in the wild? Find the one guy who most looks like you, and kidnap him for a light makeover. Maybe threated his family or 'kill' him off officially like Daniel Webb / Jason Bourne, etc.
Seriously though I wish they would make a movie about DUMBS.
