If Hell is real then suicide would be a sure way to get their quick. Some people believe that depression is caused by demons taking control of your mind and praying out loud and asking for help from God can release these demons. Just some food for thought anon, make of it what you will.
I had sleep paralysis many many times a few years ago and sometimes it would go for most of the night. I started praying out loud and asking Jesus for help and eventually it worked! I also got very good at sensing when it would start and can now snap out of it before it gets bad.
