Copfag here confirming uniformed military driving around small town, Texas "offering" elderly people a CCP virus vaccine. I assume US Mil (army reserve most likely) but Texas State Guard wears identical uniform (except patches/nametape) so it could have been them as well. I was not on the stop but heard the radio traffic and later spoke with the officer who made the stop.

In other Texas LE news, Border Patrol is averaging 2500ish illegal immigrant detentions per day with around 10 - 15% of those being unaccompanied minors.
