I actually really like the idea of changing the order of the Notables, so the most recent ones are posted last and end up right above the Dough post. Great for when the boards are fast and you are trying to grab the last notes while you are also trying to get the next bread finished up. The way the baking is done now, you have to wrap up note taking and finish up the next thread in order to post the notes at the top. I get it that it is how it has been done for a long time and people are used to it, but as someone fairly new to it, it's easier to see how some tweaks might be helpful. But it really is not something I am going to worry about. I will go with the flow.
