I went in for a VOC rehab assessment in Sep 19 and they used that as justification to re assess my C&P rating.
From what I've found in my review of the process is those are two separate systems and do not cross talk.
Definitely something strange going on there. A VOC rehab counselor doesn't have access to the C&P system.
Of course, they did everything they could in the VOC rehab appointment to talk me out of what i wanted to do and push me to go to college with my GI Bill.
Was Phillip the blockade that needed to be removed?
