I don't know how it is around the country but around here in upstate NY, all the fire depts are filled with masons members, same with the sheriff depts. Sadly, around here, the sheriff's can't be trusted, meaning, don't expect to be able to go to them and ask them to work with the people to defend your rights, you'll only get yourself on a watch list. And if you are on the mason's watch list, you better hope your house doesn't catch on fire and you better refuse an ambulance ride to the hospital, you might not arrive alive. Ambulance's are dispatched from the local fire depts here, only in the bigger cities are they business owned.
