Q's list of politicians busted for pedo made notables again recently. Got me thinking there are likely 3 categories in that list.

1. Those who are actual pedos.

2. Those who had files implanted on their machines to take them out of the game.

3. Those who were collecting blackmail videos. We hear only that they were caught with kiddie porn, no mention of who the adults are in the videos. They might not be into CP, just collecting their "insurance" videos.
