I think that masks mean something.

That politicians and celebrities are somehow "representing" or "speaking for" someone else behind the scenes (so Pence can potentially be a traitor while 'Pence' was a Patriot); and that the proliferation of masks has allowed this to occur on a more massive scale than ever before, to the point that normies in masks can 'speak for' others somehow, and public figures can maybe represent multiple others. I think the 'Coast Guard' are responsible for saving the children - possibly ones we aren't even aware exist.

Notice how some people deliver some of their 'lines' unmasked, and rest masked. As if they're speaking partly for themselves (when unmasked) and partly for others (when masked).

Watch the 'Mars' landing, note the masks in Mission Control, then compare the body-language and emotional states to previous landings. Do you notice the difference? What did they mean by this?

I think it means to look at who is wearing a mask at all in the media, not just in the image.

Notice that PaedOTUS sometimes wears a mask and sometimes doesn't - I sometimes feel that he seems much more mentally capable when he's masked. As if he's speaking for someone else, maybe a leader 'behind the scenes'.
