I find it very odd that those convicted of sex trafficking of minors don't have to be placed on the sex offender registry. Why is that? Did lawmakers want to intentionally leave a hole for themselves???
Meanwhile middle-schoolers who are caught sexting each other are placed on the registry, which is not what it was originally intended for.
