The Status 6 (also known as Poseidon) is said to contain up to a 100 megaton salted cobalt warhead. That means it would produce a MASSIVE radioactive tsunami. The Status 6 is almost completely undetectable so intercepting them isn't an option. We are defenseless against this weapon with our current technology.
