That’s how you turn red districts blue. Build high density multi family subsidized housing in red districts. Then you flood every district with no chain of custody ballots to every one and you have a perfect ballot stuffing scenario. One of the many ways they try to win illegally.

They shouldn’t be. But leftist cities have been doing this on their own already. By taking fed control, they can force on red areas that don’t do it. This can really be a factor for state house & senate seats. Take a 100,000-200,000 ppl sized city in a southern red state. Chances are, that city is “blue” overall. But some of the outlying areas within city limits are most likely red. This is where state house seats factor in. Go build a bunch of multi family housing in those outlying red areas that are at the mercy of a liberal city council.
