In order to "buy" bitcoin you have to register on an exchange, which asks for AML/KYC details. Sure, you can transfer it to your phone wallet, pretty sure they know your phone is your phone.
What else? Transfer the keys to a paper wallet?
The only way to really keep them hidden is with a brain wallet, even then in order to spend them you have to rebuild a wallet on an electronic device.
Crypto is not /ourfriend/, though I used to think differently.
Ask yourself:
Has Russia been buying tons of Gold for the past decade? Or have they been stocking up on Bitcoins?
Check all countries reserves in the past few years. The smart governments are loading up on metals.
No governments are buying bitcoin as a hedge against a USD crash.
