Voting Machine Systems Should Be Banned from US Elections Until the Highly Suspect “Adjudication Process” Is Defined and Corrected

Since the 2020 election the American public learned that voting machines and the systems surrounding the machines have the ability to send ballots to adjudication.

So what is ballot adjudication?

So when an excess number of ballots are sent to adjudication, ballots can then be altered.

So when do ballots go to adjudication, who decides when the ballots go to adjudication and who then gets to “adjudicate” that ballot?

It is clear that controls need to be implemented to prevent fraud from occurring in these processes.

There has been much talk about voting machines used in the 2020 Election. Many individuals (maybe rightly so) blamed the machines for the observed issues in the election. But was it the machines or the systems surrounding the machines that were the cause of material issues in the 2020 Election? It may be the systems that need to be addressed more than the machines, or it may be both. If issues are not addressed, the controls within the voting machines can become weapons for fraud.

Michigan

In Antrim County Michigan, Attorney Mathew Deperno noted that a setting in the voting machines in that county caused an excessive number of ballots to be forced to be reviewed through ‘adjudication’. What this means, is these ballots were sent somewhere to someone to review and determine the results of the election for these ballots.

We first noted this in this audit of Antrim County performed by Deperno. We reported after the forensic examination of 16 Dominion Voting machines by a group brought in by attorney Deperno, that the Dominion Voting machines there were assigned a 68.05% error rate. DePerno explained that when ballots are put through the machine, a whopping 68.05% error rate means that 68.05% of the ballots are sent for bulk adjudication, which means they collect the ballots in a folder, and, “The ballots are sent somewhere where people in another location can change the vote,” DePerno explained. The number of votes going to adjudication should be a fraction of this.

We will not allow Iran to obtain nuclear capability, PM Netanyahu says as Tehran blames Israel for Natanz plant attack

A day after an incident at Iran’s uranium enrichment facility, which was blamed on Israeli spies, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said his country will defend itself from Iranian “aggression and terrorism.”

Without directly mentioning the incident in Iran, Netanyahu spared no words to admonish Tehran, calling it the biggest threat Israel faces in the Middle East.

“Iran has never given up its quest for nuclear weapons and missiles to deliver them. And Iran consistently and outrageously calls for Israel’s annihilation and works toward that goal,” the Israeli leader said.

I will never allow Iran to obtain the nuclear capability to carry out its genocidal goal of eliminating Israel. And Israel will continue to defend itself against Iran’s aggression and terrorism.

Netanyahu was speaking to the press alongside visiting US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, who assured his host of Washington’s unwavering support in maintaining Israeli military supremacy in the Middle East. Both officials brought up Yom HaShoah, the Israeli Holocaust Remembrance Day that was observed earlier in April.

On Sunday, Iran reported a power outage incident at its uranium enrichment facility in Natanz, blaming it on Israel. Israeli and US media said its sources confirmed that it was the result of a clandestine operation carried out by the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad. An offensive cyber operation has caused an explosion at the plant’s on-site power generation equipment, the media claimed. Iran didn’t offer details about the damage at Natanz.

Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif claimed the alleged act of sabotage was meant to undermine EU-mediated talks in Vienna, where the US and Iran are trying to find a way to salvage the 2015 nuclear agreement between Iran and major world powers. The deal was meant to prevent Iran from reaching a point, from which it could rush toward producing a nuclear weapon. Tehran denied ever having a nuclear military program, but accepted restrictions on its nuclear industry in exchange for the lifting of international sanctions and other benefits.

Israel vocally objected to the deal-in-the-making, but failed to derail its sealing under the Obama administration. Donald Trump sided with Israel on the issue and withdrew from the agreement, known as the JCPOA, in 2018, as part of his policy of pressuring Iran with crippling economic sanctions.

Taiwan Records Largest Ever Incursion By Chinese Air Force With 25 Planes Monday

China has continued its muscle-flexing exercises near Taiwan on Monday, this time sending an unprecedentedly large group of aircraft to breach Taiwan's defense zone.

Taiwan's Defense Ministry has announced that 25 Chinese Air Force planes entered its airspace, which included 18 fighter jets escorting four long-range bombers. It marks the largest ever Chinese aerial incursion since Taiwan began recording and publicly disclosing the data and follows last month's 20-strong Chinese aircraft incursion.

As is typical in such aggressive Chinese maneuvers near the island, Taiwan said it scrambled its own jets while also issuing radio warnings, and further its military said "air defense missile systems deployed to monitor the activity."

It's widely perceived that Beijing's uptick in such flights, which have become 'routine' on a near daily basis, are meant to send a political message warning both secessionist forces in the democratic island as well as their superpower backer the United States.

Monday's largest ever PLA breach of airspace further comes a day after Biden's secretary of state Antony Blinken hit out at Beijing over the Taiwan issue, warning it would be a "serious mistake" for anyone to try and change the status quo in the western Pacific via military threats. Of course, that's precisely the charge Beijing has lately leveled back, claiming it's Washington which is the one reneging on the 'One China' policy.

Mexico puts 9 states on ALERT following theft of highly RADIOACTIVE material in truck robbery

The Mexican government has issued a warning to nine states, including its capital, Mexico City, alerting them that a device capable of causing “fatal injuries” if handled improperly found its way into the hands of robbers.

Industrial radiography equipment has been stolen in a “violent robbery” of a truck near the municipality of Teoloyucan in the state of Mexico in the early hours of Sunday, the government said in a statement.

No details about the incident have been made public and the unidentified perpetrators are reportedly still on the run. The equipment was stolen when the robbers hijacked its pick-up vehicle, a Toyota Hilux.

The development sparked a particular concern among the Mexican authorities since the stolen device contains a highly radioactive source of Iridium-192. If removed from a special secure container, this source could inflict “permanent injuries” to anyone who has direct contact with it for mere minutes, the government statement warns.

In case [one] remains in direct contact with the source for hours or days, its effects can be fatal.

Mexico’s National Commission for Nuclear Safety and Safeguards (CNSNS) reported the incident to the National Civil Protection Coordination (CNPC), which, in turn, put civil protection units in nine Mexican states on alert.

It is unclear if the device was the robbers’ target or whether they were aware of its existence at all. The device, described as a gamma-ray source projector, was produced by an American company, QSA Global, which specializes in supplying “high performance radiation sources used in non-destructive test devices, oil well logging (OWL), industrial processes, and medical research.”

The Mexican government urged any person who happens to find the stolen equipment, which looks like a small yellow box with a handle, to stay away from it. A 30-meter perimeter should also be established around the device in case it is found, the statement adds.

The authorities were also ordered to make a record of all people, including civilians and first responders, who might “have been located within the security radius” once the device is found.

While quite uncommon, crimes involving radioactive materials, mostly used in various kinds of measuring equipment, still do happen around the world. Back in 2018, the “disappearance” of an industrial device sparked a frantic search for it in Malaysia.

In 2019, a portable moisture-density gauge containing sealed sources of radioactive material was stolen from a construction site in the US State of Colorado. In 2020, a similar device went missing from a construction site in Australia’s city of Adelaide. In both cases, the incidents only sparked local alerts.

UK to investigate ex-PM Cameron’s alleged lobbying of ministers to secure govt contract for firm he advised

The UK government will launch an independent inquiry into lobbying by former PM David Cameron, who allegedly held secret talks with current ministers in a bid to get work for a firm he advised, Boris Johnson’s office has said.

Cameron allegedly had unfettered access to ministers as he tried to get the government to adopt a new finance scheme being pushed by financier Lex Greensill, whose eponymous company the ex-PM advised.

Among the claims are that Cameron privately lobbied the health secretary, Matt Hancock, the chancellor, Rishi Sunak, and other ministers without using the proper channels for communication.

The allegations have been dubbed the “biggest lobbying scandal in a generation” by Sir Alistair Graham, the former chairman of the Committee on Standards in Public Life.

On Monday, PM Johnson officially commissioned an independent review, to be led by legal expert Nigel Boardman, into contract tendering and business interaction with the government.

A spokesman for Johnson said: “The Cabinet Office is commissioning an independent review on behalf of the prime minister to establish the development and use of supply chain finance and associated activities in government and the role Greensill played in those.”

Cameron has denied breaking any codes of conduct, and a spokesperson for the former top Tory has said he is happy to participate in the investigation.

Pressure has mounted on the government to intervene in the scandal after revelations against Cameron were published by the Sunday Times at the weekend. The paper claims to have seen emails sent by Cameron to Johnson’s senior special adviser last year, just hours after Greensill Capital had its application for a government Covid-19 loan rejected.

In one email, Cameron reportedly called on Sunak to make sure Greensill would get one of the loans, which are intended for companies impacted by the pandemic. The former PM also contacted Sunak by text about the loans, according to details released by the Treasury.

Sunak has been summoned to parliament on Tuesday to explain his role in Greensill’s access to the government’s Covid-19 loan scheme. It is not confirmed if he will appear in person or send a Treasury minister in his place.

Arkansas Governor: Social conservatives 'don't need to use the instrument of the law' to change the culture

Gov. Asa Hutchinson admonished social conservatives to stick by "limited government" principles.

Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson (R) criticized Republican lawmakers on Sunday for advancing so-called "culture war bills," like the legislation banning transgender hormone therapies or surgeries for minors he recently vetoed, saying that conservatives should rely on churches and communities to change the culture.

On "Meet the Press" Sunday, host Chuck Todd interviewed the governor about his veto and asked him about other GOP legislation — like bills dealing with transgender athletes or banning critical race theory curricula in schools — describing such bills as "culture war bills."

Hutchinson argued the Republican Party must stand by "the principles of limited government" even as social conservatives fear they are losing the culture to progressive ideologues warping the law to enforce their worldview.

"Just because you want to keep things as they have been, perhaps, you don't need to use the instrument of the law. You don't need to use the state to accomplish that purpose in every instance," Hutchinson said.

In a Washington Post op-ed, Hutchinson wrote he was "being attacked by some of my Republican colleagues for not being pure enough on social issues and for vetoing a bill that limited access to health care for transgender youth."

Appearing on several programs news programs to defend his veto, Hutchinson has made repeated appeals to limited government conservatism in support of his position.

"I signed two [bills] that I thought made sense. One was girls in sports, trying to protect women's sports. The other one was supporting medical conscience, that doctors can claim a conscience reason if they want to deny a particular procedure, but they have to do emergency care. And so those are two bills that I signed," he told Todd.

"The third one was not well done. It did not protect the youth. It interfered with the government getting into the lives of transgender youth, as well as their parents and the decisions that doctors made. And to me, it's about compassion. But it is also about making, having the laws make sense in a limited role of government," he continued. "And that's the case that I made in the Washington Post column that as Republicans, we need to get back and ask the question, 'Is this the appropriate role of government? Are we restraining ourselves?'"

Hutchinson said that conservatives shouldn't use the "instrument of law" to defend the culture.

President Biden’s Deputy Secretary of Energy David Turk spoke at a Chinese Communist Party-sponsored energy conference and gave an exclusive interview to a state-run media outlet where he praised the communist country’s efforts in energy development.

Turk, also an alum of the Obama administration, was the Deputy Executive Director of the International Energy Agency (IEA) in 2018 at the time of the conference. The 2018 China International Energy Industry Expo (CIEI) was hosted in the city of Taiyuan and was “established with the approval of the State Council” and “jointly sponsored” by two Chinese government entities: the Ministry of Commerce and the Shanxi provincial government.

A previously unreported article from China Global Television Network (CGTN) reveals that Turk “delivered a speech on the future trends of global energy supply and consumption.”

In an exclusive interview with the state-run broadcaster, Turk praises China as a “leader” on various forms of renewable energy and describes the country as a “significant driver in global energy trends”:

POLITICO: Gaetz ‘Investigation’ Has No Evidence, Only Anonymous Allegations… New WhatsApp Texts Implicate Ex-Friend, Not Congressman.

WATCH: CDC Director Referred To Chinese Propaganda Org As An ‘Asset’.

An unearthed video from February 2020 reveals Principal Deputy Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Anne Schuchat praising Chinese Communist Party-funded Confucius Institutes as an “asset” for America’s COVID-19 response.

Schuchat, who began the position under the Obama administration in 2015, praised the controversial initiative during a February 2020 press briefing.

During the briefing, a spokesperson from the group’s U.S. headquarters inquires “if there is a space for nonprofits like ours to get involved and help either through translation or community outreach.” “The language and cultural competence of an organization like yours can be an asset to this type of response,” Schuchat asserts in response.

The Confucius Institute U.S. Center, which was labeled a foreign mission of the Chinese Communist Party by the Trump administration, also appeared to hype Schuchat’s comment, clipping portions of her answer for a video on its YouTube channel and including them in a press release.

And just one week after the presser, the Confucius Institute’s Chinese headquarters was issuing press releases praising the Chinese Communist Party’s “comprehensive” response to the virus, adding the regime “once again creates miracles with Chinese speed”:

“After the outbreak of the epidemic, the Chinese side has, in the spirit of being responsible for people’s health and for global public health, taken the most comprehensive and strict prevention and control measures, share the information of the epidemic and the gene sequence of the novel coronavirus with the relevant parties in a timely, transparent, open and effective manner.”

The statement continues, alleging the regime’s self-proclaimed “timely, transparent, open and effective” response has been extolled by several international bodies and leaders: “The measures taken by the Chinese side have effectively prevented the spread of the epidemic worldwide, which has been fully recognized and highly valued by the World Health Organization and many countries.”

While Confucius Institutes disguise themselves as language and culture initiative, they’re replete with “undisclosed ties to Chinese institutions, and conflicted loyalties,” Chinese state propaganda, and intellectual property theft, according to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). Confucius Institutes have also been described by Chinese government officials as “an important part of China’s overseas propaganda set-up.”

Report: Facebook Has Ignored ‘Politically Manipulative Behavior’ by Third-World Dictators and Politicians

The Guardian alleges in a recent report that Facebook has continued to allow world leaders and politicians to use its platform to lie to the public and harass political opponents, especially in third-world countries, despite being alerted to evidence of the situation.

In a recent report titled “Revealed: the Facebook loophole that lets world leaders deceive and harass their citizens,” the Guardian alleges that Facebook has repeatedly allowed world leaders and politicians to use its platform to deceive the public and harass opponents despite being alerted to the situation.

The Guardian states that it has seen extensive internal documentation showing how Facebook reacted to more than 30 cases across 25 countries of “politically manipulative behavior” that was detected by Facebook staff. Its investigation appears to show that Facebook allowed its platform to be abused in poor, small, and non-western countries in an effort to prioritize addressing issues that attract media attention or largely affect the United States and other wealthy countries.

Political manipulation that affected countries such as the U.S., Taiwan, South Korea, and Poland, were allegedly dealt with quickly while action taken against manipulation in countries such as Afghanistan, Iraq, Mongolia, Mexico, and much of Latin America was slow to happen, if at all.

Sophie Zhang, a former data scientist who worked within Facebook’s “integrity” organization to fight inauthentic behavior, commented: “There is a lot of harm being done on Facebook that is not being responded to because it is not considered enough of a PR risk to Facebook. The cost isn’t borne by Facebook. It’s borne by the broader world as a whole.”

Zhang added: “Facebook doesn’t have a strong incentive to deal with this, except the fear that someone might leak it and make a big fuss, which is what I’m doing. The whole point of inauthentic activity is not to be found. You can’t fix something unless you know that it exists.”

A Facebook spokesperson told the Guardian:

We fundamentally disagree with Ms Zhang’s characterization of our priorities and efforts to root out abuse on our platform.

We aggressively go after abuse around the world and have specialized teams focused on this work. As a result, we’ve taken down more than 100 networks of coordinated inauthentic behavior. Around half of them were domestic networks that operated in countries around the world, including those in Latin America, the Middle East and North Africa, and in the Asia Pacific region.

Combatting coordinated inauthentic behavior is our priority. We’re also addressing the problems of spam and fake engagement. We investigate each issue before taking action or making public claims about them.

House Democrat Campaign Chief Failed to Report Thousands in Stock Trades

More financial problems for House Democrats are piling up as Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) chairman Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney (D-NY) failed to report a series of stock trades he made on time, a potential violation of federal law.

Business Insider reported Monday that after Maloney’s mother died, he inherited significant shares in several major companies from her “including those of Apple Inc., Microsoft Corporation, alcohol conglomerate Diageo PLC, and investment management company BlackRock Inc” for a total value of $11,051. In June of last year, Business Insider asserted, Maloney sold the stocks but he did not publicly disclose their sale until last week.

“That’s a potential problem because federal law mandates that members of Congress publicly disclose stock trades in a ‘periodic transaction report’ within 30 to 45 days of making a trade, depending on the kind of trade,” Business Insider noted.

Filing late, as Maloney did, can expose a member of Congress to ethics investigations and potential fines.

Maloney himself admitted the mistake in a filing to the Clerk of the House of Representatives.

“During preparation for the filer’s [financial disclosure] report, it was determined that these 8 transactions totaling $11k should have been reported on a [periodic transaction report],” Maloney wrote on April 2 in a letter to the Clerk. “As soon as this oversight was discovered, this filing was submitted to provide full transparency into that sale.”

Maloney’s spokeswoman Libbie Wilcox told Business Insider that neither the House Ethics Committee nor the Office of Congressional Ethics has informed Maloney’s office of any investigation into the matter, but that the DCCC chairman is prepared to pay any fines associated with his apparent violation of federal law.

“We assume this is a routine belated filing issue, and if there is a penalty of course we will pay,” Wilcox said.

These revelations about Maloney’s mishandling of his financial disclosures come as the DCCC chairman faces a tough reelection of his own back in New York’s 18th congressional district. The district, which according to the Cook Political Report’s Partisan Voting Index has a one-point advantage for Republicans in voter registration numbers, is viewed as a top battleground in the campaign for control of the lower of chamber of Congress in the upcoming midterm elections.

Assemblyman Colin Schmitt, a Republican who has been an outspoken member of the state assembly, announced last week he is running against Maloney for the seat. Schmitt, in an appearance on Breitbart News Saturday on SiriusXM channel 125 over the weekend, made the case that Maloney has “abandoned” the district in favor of radical leftist Democrats in Washington, D.C., and was trying to protect House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s majority as DCCC chairman instead of representing New York’s 18th district.

“Our congressman has abandoned us; he’s sold us out, and I said before we deserve a congressman, not a Democrat campaign chairman, not somebody who votes a hundred percent of the time with Nancy Pelosi and whose sole job now isn’t to worry about the farmers in Orange County, isn’t to worry about the commuters in Putnam county, the taxpayers in Westchester County,” Schmitt said. “No, his priority is to divide this country to go to every single state of this nation and divide us politically for political gain. That’s unacceptable. That’s not somebody who represents a really a middle of the road, your family value or district that we have here right.”

Maloney’s decision to hire a number of radical leftists with checkered backgrounds and a history of violence — one was the “triggerman” for an Albany gang who defended looting as a form of legitimate protest, and another advocated burning down police precincts — has drawn significant criticism. In addition, Maloney — who is also a member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) — has drawn scrutiny for politicizing misinformation he obtained from that committee perch to attack Republicans, as Breitbart News has reported.

This latest setback for Maloney is sure to embolden Republicans’ already rosy prospects of retaking the House in the November 2022 midterm elections. Only five seats out from a majority, Republicans are extremely bullish on their shot at sweeping back into control of the lower chamber and this latest development has the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) — the campaign arm for House Republicans — jumping for joy.

Top Russian FSB Official Has Multiple Underworld Ties

Sergei Korolev, who was appointed to a key FSB position earlier this year by President Vladimir Putin, is connected to leaders in the Russian criminal underworld accused of dozens of murders and kidnappings.

Earlier this year, Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed a man named Sergei Korolev as first deputy director of the Federal Security Service (FSB), the country’s main security agency.

Prior to obtaining this high-level position, Korolev headed the FSB’s Economic Security Service, and before that, the agency’s Directorate of Internal Security. That’s where the official version of his biography ends.

But iStories spoke with Korolev’s acquaintances — who cannot be named in this story for security reasons — and examined documents from several high-profile criminal cases in which his name appeared.

As it turns out, he has personal connections with several well-known leaders of the Russian criminal underworld who have been accused of kidnappings and contract murders. Though some details about these relationships have appeared in the press, this seemed to have no effect on his career. Indeed, his colleagues’ respect for him seems only to have grown.

The Killers from Irkutsk

Korolev was born in 1962 in Frunze, the Soviet name for the Kyrgyz capital of Bishkek.

According to several of his acquaintances, he came from a military family with good connections: His late father was hunting buddies with Viktor Zubkov, who worked with Vladimir Putin in the St. Petersburg mayor’s office in the early 1990s, later served as prime minister, and now chairs the board of the state oil giant Gazprom.

Korolev’s former colleagues, as well as members of other law enforcement agencies who crossed paths with him, say that, despite his connections, Korolev’s own career was built on being “a savvy operative” — a high form of praise in law enforcement circles.

But Korolev’s career has also been punctuated by multiple public revelations that he has connections to underworld figures. If these had no apparent impact on his rise to the top, he may have Putin’s social circle to thank for it.

Nevada GOP Censures Secretary of State for Ignoring Voter Fraud and Certifying the 2020 Election in the State

Joe Biden won Nevada in the 2020 election by 34,000 votes. There was much more corruption included in these numbers than the winning margin. Yesterday the Nevada Secretary of State was censored for her role in the state’s corrupt 2020 election results.

The Palmeri Report noted last night:

The Nevada GOP censured Nevada Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske.

The vote was 126-112.

They censured her over the fact she didn’t stand up to voter fraud.

The AP reported:

Nevada’s Republican Party voted to censure the secretary of state, accusing her of failing to fully investigate allegations of fraud in the 2020 election. She says there was no widespread fraud and that her own party is attacking her for refusing to “put my thumb on the scale of democracy.”

Barbara Cegavske, the only Republican statewide office holder in Nevada, said members of her party are disappointed with the election results and believe fraud occurred “despite a complete lack of evidence to support that belief.”

Also, the signature system was basically turned off in the state. No signature verification was in place (note hundreds of thousands of absentee ballots were cast in the state). Anyone could fill out a signature for any ballot and no one checked the signature:
